Boy wonder Dean Locke joins Sparks Utd
After a season
long transfer rumors around the young striker, Dunhil Players
highly-rated wonderkind Dean Locke, has signed a long-term deal with
Sparks United for an undisclosed sum, snubbing Bad Boys, who had all
hoped to capture the young England international.
Great in high balls and goal area , Dean is one of the most promising young players in Britain and is guaranteed a warm welcome among Sparks's fans after turning down Bad Boys to join the Sparks united. Dean is the youngest player to represent England at Under-21 level and, although just 18, has also been called up to the full national squad.
The young striker progressed through the youth ranks at Dunhill Players and also became the youngest ever player to represent the Dunhill, in a cup match against The Horny Piranhas and assist the first goal and scores himself before being substituted due to a hamstring injury. That performance really impress Sparks manager arun who is already looking for an ideal replacement for his star striker Liam Ackram.
Sparks manager Arun is delighted to have beaten Championship rivals Bad Boys to his signature, with him describing Dean Locke as “intelligent” and “mature”.
“We’re delighted to have signed Dean," said Sparks manager arun. "He is a young player who has shown huge potential with his performances for Dunhill players.
"He is still only 18, but has already shown that he is a very intelligent and mature player with great quality.
Dean expressed his desire to play with Sparks United in the top division "The Champs"at The Emirates, and is delighted that the deal has gone through.
“I’m so happy to have signed for Sparks United. I am joining one of the best club and i came here to win the title not for the runners up place". said Dean.
Finally manager arun finds a replacement for liam who is retiring after this season. But now he have to find an experienced defender before the season starts.
