Chochlakov shines in Hero's absence
Spetsnaz won 2-0 at home to OMG ITS
MY TEAM, with goals from Yurij Monarev and youngster Maksim Chernogaev.
Timofei Chochlakov was the man of the match, as he was the architect in
both goals. He stood out in the absence of Vadim 'Hero' Yushkevich, who
usually overshadows Chochlakov.
Things were looking horribly wrong for Spetsnaz again, when Monarev missed a penalty in the 49th minute. But he managed to redeem himself with a 25 yard screamer, after being set up for a clear shot by Chochlakov. Chernogaev then sealed the win with a header from a Chochlakov corner. It was his first goal for the club, and it could not come at a better time. Immortalkickass is questioning the balance of his team after the injury to Vadim Yushkevich.
"My team is in an absolute mess. My midfield especially, is very imbalanced, with some of the players too old or too young, under performing and over performing. I will need to buy new players when the transfer window opens. But overall, this win will at least not let the fans worry about relegation."
