Weak Empyreon hold Champions at home!
After a long wait, the day had come.
The scene was set as Empyreon welcomed the champions in the backyard.
Bad Boys faced a guard of honor from the Empyreon team, with which the
home fans were furious. Empyreon manager Otacon signaled the legendary
Bad Boys striker, Eric Cantona as the danger man and you could
literally see four players on him when he had the ball and two when did
not have the possession!
The whistle blew and off the players went. In the early stages we was not much in the game, but we say some really creative work from Elliot Bashford as he went down to ground after a harsh tackle from thin air! The half blind referee was convinced it was a freekick. Up stepped Alastair Ness who is in the papers for having an affair with a fifty year old lady. Anyways, he blasted one shot in with took exactly eight deflections and finally made its way into the back of the net. So, is this what you call 'directly into the net'?
It took just 33 minutes to get rid of Empyreon's so called playmaker. Taimoor Tanveer attempted the 'Kung Fu double flying kick' which did not do the expected amount of damage, but was enough to get rid of Jerome Wotton. Even Roy Keane applauded his effort. It was all Bad Boys after that. 58% of the possesion going their way and had several chances, and finally in the 87th minute and a great cross came in after a driving run from Cliff Langley from the midfield.
The match finished as a stalemate and in the post match interview, Taimoor08 was of the view that it was 2 points dropped and they should b winning these kind of matches.
